Waddell (Pleasantville, Pennsylvania), born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his spouse Anna Grace V. Williams; his children, Amy J. Penn (Jay) of Albuquerque, NM, Phillip A. Waddell of Townville, Ken E. Waddell of Pleasantville and Bill Waddell (Teresa) of Pleasantville; his grandchildren, Ken Penn (Sara), Sarah Penn of Albuquerque, NM and Lydia Waddell of Pleasantville; and his friend Twila Williams of Pleasantville.
