She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd Siegworth and Dorothy Kapp Siegworth. She is survived by : her former life partner Keith Kahle; her spouse Pleasantville; and her children, Heather J. Kahle (Tom Madrigale) of Erie, PA, April Kahle of Las Vegas, NV and Christian Kahle (Nanci Goldberg) of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family asks that memorials be made to a charity of one's choice, or to donate blood to any local blood bank.
