He was predeceased by: his father Steven W. Crusan of Unity Township; his uncle Tommy Brown; and his great-grandparents, George Plows Sr., Raymond Hein, Fred Pritts, Margaret "Peggy" Smith, Ralph and Rosella Crusan.
He is survived by: his mother Autumn G. Plows; his grandparents, Heather, Chad Plows, Wendy, Christopher Stewart, James and Cherri Crusan; and his great-grandparents, Rita, Thomas Brown, Mary Ann Plows, Wilma Jordan and Linda Clawson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
