Dunphy (Webbe); his parent Kalchick; his children, Jason Dunphy, Seth Dunphy, Trevor Dunphy, Reece Fuchs, Mason Fuchs, Jayden Fuchs and Jackson Fuchs; his siblings, Brenda Gebhart, Jordan Kalchick-Hess (Trevor), Devon Waldrop, Michalea Greene (Devin), Samantha Dunphy and Luke Miller; and his mother-in-law Kristel Webbe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
