She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent O'Neill; her parents, Bertram Theis and Hazel Tyler Theis; her sons, Timothy, Michael and Gerald O'Neill; and her siblings, Betty Bunnell, Thelma Spry, Shirley Noble and Gideon Theis.
She is survived by: her son Patrick O'Neill; her granddaughter Dr. Grace Kosik (Richie); her great grandchildren, Cooper and Scarlett Kosik; and her siblings-in-law, Delores O'Neill and Dean Giles. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
