He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Dominick and Evelyn Dominick; and his siblings, Valentine "Art", Isaac "Took" and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Lee Dominick (Behun); his children, Dean Dominick (Patricia), Douglas Dominick, Dale Dominick (Tracy) and David Dominick (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Sydney, Delaney, Ariana, Gabriel, Daniel, Kianna, Abigail, Matt and Miles.
