He is survived by: his children, Lori Voltz (Terry), Lisa Snyder (late Donald), Patrick Jr. O'Leary (Kelly), Whitney Mark (Christopher), Steven Voltz (Alison), Sara Lassiter (Jason), Christian Snyder, Courtney Rice (Kevin), Maggie, Ryan and Erin O'Leary; his great grandchildren, Chase, Oliver, Mason Rice, Lucas Lassiter and Andrew Mark; and his siblings, Frank O'Leary (late Kathleen), Peggy Guthrie (John), Eileen O'Leary, James and Leary. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
