He is survived by: his wife Rita Mae Vlha; and his children, Kevin Stiegler (Ed), Dee Bogart (late Keith), Milan Jr. Vlha (Nita), Claudia Richardson (Rob), Valerie Shaffer (Jerry), Owen Vlha and Matthew Vlha (Sharon). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to The Covenant House, 733 Breakers Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.
