It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Katherine Kanai of Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 16, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Fries and Marcella Fries. She is survived by: her husband David M. Kanai; her sons, Brian (Pam) and Kevin Kanai; and her siblings, Thomas Fries (Karen), William Fries (Irene), Terrance Fries (Lynn), Ann Goodworth (Gibby), Marcella Fries (Larry Davis) and Julie Fries. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
