She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brutout and Elinor Brutout (Peterson); her former husband Perry E. Whitehair; and her stepson John C. Macon, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John C. Macon, Sr.; her sister Laurel West (Harry) of State College, PA; her children, Perry M. Whitehair (Cynthia) of Magna, UT, Karen J. Swartwood (Dean) of Cortland, NY, Eric and Chris Whitehair of McKeesport, PA; and her stepdaughters, Angel Adkins (Christopher) of Ellsworth, OH and April Geis (Craig) of Canton. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
