He is survived by: his daughter Jade Nicole Mills (Michael) of Peters Township, PA; his stepson Jason Daniel Burnett of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Conner Michael Mills and Lennon René Mills; his stepgrandchildren, Dylan Kade Burnett and Cadrick James Burnett; and his sisters, Tanya Smith (Tab) of Lake St and Collee Ann Wentz (Nelson) of Red Lion, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
