He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Weiss and Ruth Weiss (Droplic); his wife Judith Weiss (Hemminger); his son Eric Weiss; his brother Elliott Weiss; and his brother-in-law Gary Hemminger.
He is survived by: his sibling Shriners; his daughter Cindy Weiss (Robert) of South Park, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Mallory, Noah, Dylan, Robyn, Sarah and Jordan Weiss; and his sisters-in-law, Joann Weiss, Birdie Hemminger and Rotary (Sue Kelly).
