He is survived by: his children, Steven Mitchell (Kathy) of Pittsburgh, Stanley Mitchell of Pittsburgh, Ann Mitchell of Pittsburgh, Mary Mitchell White (John White) of Pittsburgh, James Mitchell of Pittsburgh, Thomas Mitchell (Carol) of Pittsburgh and David Mitchell of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
