It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Rose of Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Cleo Bush and Jack Cale. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chip" Rose; her children, Jack Rose, Deanne Prezioso and Karen Galioto; her grandchildren, Jack, Julia, Dylan Rose, Matt, Zach, Jessi Prezioso, Natalie and Gabe Galioto; and her siblings, Sue Ann Cooney and James Cale.
Due to the COVID19 CDC restrictions please wear a mask to come to the funeral home.
If desired, Hazel's family suggests donations in her name to the St. Jude's Children's Hospitals.
