She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Williams; her son Matthew; her parents, Clyde Hubbard and Gertrude Fischer Hubbard; and her brothers, Richard Hubbard and Rodger Hubbard.
She is survived by: her family, Wayne Williams (Pat), Nancy Galbraith, Lisa Miller (Ted), Laura Beattie (Richard), Victor F. Williams III (Rhonda), Linda Zeigler and Andrew Williams (Shannon).
