She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Clarence and Mildred Ann Best (Ritzel); her husband Dennis; her children, Denise Robinson (Bryan), Peter Starrett (Jane), Kirsten Starrett, Rachel Andricos (Greg), Rebecca Murphy (John) and Nate Starrett (Jacqueline); and her grandchildren, Sam, Natalie, Jack, Jessica, Elisha, Cole, Serena, Nick, Luke, Grace, Pete, Joseph, Tyler, Jake, Mae, Tess, Rose, Magdalena, Gray, Alden and Dara.
