He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Pharo and Lucy P. Clough Pharo; and his brother David C. Pharo. He is survived by: his son Tony D. Pharo of Weirton, WV; his brother George J. Pharo (Diane) of Shippensburg; his niece Julie S. Reichenbach (David); his friend Irene J. Jamison (Shannon) of Orrstown; and also Rogan of Liverpool.
