He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman R. Walker and J. Isabel Walker (Hinds); his great grandchild Henry Allen Walker; his son-in-law Fred Riley; and his siblings, Lynn, Neil, Larry and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kemberling; his children, Lisa of Centre Hall, Ray A. "Chip" (Carol) of Pleasant Gap and Brian D. Walker (Kelley); his grandchildren, Liadan of Bellefonte and Michael A. Walker (Bonnie); his daughter Payton of State College; and his sister Deloris Vonada of Zion.
