He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Arvilla Jackson Smith; his wife Ruth Confer; and his brother Paul Smith. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Wagner (Roger) of Bellefonte and Steven Smith of Pleasant Gap; and his grandchildren, Kendra and Kyle Wagner.
