Shirley L. Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2021, at the age of 90, Shirley L. Carter of Plains Township, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl J. Carter and Anna L. Carter (White); her siblings, Donald J. Carter, Thelma Adams, Jeanne Rivers and Kathryn Wynder; and her close friend Buttons. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Those attending the visitation and/or funeral, we ask that you be brief when paying your respects, please follow the practice of social distancing, and masks are required at all times at the funeral home and church.
