We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2020, at the age of 64, Richard J. Skibinski of Plains Township, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard J. Skibinski to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Skibinski and Margaret Skibinski (Lapchak); and his brother Theodore G. Skibinski. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jeremy Romani (Kim) and Brandis Dohman (Chris); and his sister Margaret Skibinski. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, restrictions have been put in place by the CDC and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
