He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Mykulyn and Anna Mykulyn (Choley); his wife Madolyn Proch; and his siblings, Theodore Mykulyn, Mary Newland, Magdalena Cella (Marge) and Elizabeth Nadolny.
He is survived by: his children, Maryann Brown (Ed), Michelle Sachs (Lou), Leonardtown, MD, Joann Evans (Bill), Barbara Gdovin (John), Michael Mykulyn, Cockeysville, MD, Mark Mykulyn (Cathy), Susan Kozerski (Tom), Stephen Mykulyn (Sandy) and Nancy Roman (Bill). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
