He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adamczyk and Mary Adamczyk (Golembeski); his wife Evelyn G. Kushner; and his siblings, Stella Adamczyk, Jennie Dechman, Jean Pedana, Marion McGlynn, Edward and Joseph Adamczyk.

He is survived by: his daughters, Roslyn Rowan (Mark) and Renee Hincapie (Luis); his grandchildren, Alexander Rowan, Evan and Elena Hincapie; and his sisters, Alice McCarthy of Leland, NC and Constance Kosick.

Memorial donations may be made to the Resident Support Program at Wesley Village, 209 Roberts Road, Pittston, PA 18640, in Lenny's Memory.
