It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Sharaba of Plains Township, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sharaba and Helen Sharaba (Filicko); and his sisters, Rita Shurmanek, Florence Biros and Eleanor Banyar.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Sharaba (Rigoni); his daughters, Kim Clothier (Paul) of Lititz, PA, Connie Barchock (Keith) of Harvey's Lake and Leah Brzycki (Kevin); and his grandsons, Ian and Nicholas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Corpus Christi Parish, Immaculate Conception Church, in memory of Joe.
