He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Andrejko and Viola Azarsky Andrejko; and his siblings, Ann Kraynak, Viola Andrejko and Leo Andrejko.
He is survived by: his sons, John Paul and Jeffrey (Annmarie); his wife Mary Ann; his son Plains; his siblings, Steven, Charlotte Kratz (Carl) and Christine Andrejko; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Julia and Joshua Andrejko. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
