She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene McCarthy and Eleanor McCarthy (Kelly); her siblings, Gene McCarthy, Ed McCarthy, Joe McCarthy, Thomas McCarthy, Eleanor McCarthy, Dolores McCarthy, Patricia McCarthy Francik and Katherine McCarthy Burns; and her daughter Kelly Chalker-Verdekal.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia M. Mackiewicz (Patti), Karen Charnichko (Robert) of Wilkes, Helena Fedak (Jim) of Virginia, Frank Chalker (Jennifer Siperko) and Thomas Chalker; her daughter-in-law Erika of Hudson; her grandchildren, Adyson, Makynli and Landyn; her children-in-law, Joseph Mackiewicz, Tanya Zambetti (Scott) and Robert Charnichko (Kaylee Mosier); her grandchildren-in-law, Chase, Gavin, Wyatt Chalker, Garrett Chalker, Ryan Chalker, Sean Chalker and Brandon Verdekal (Jenna); her sister Elizabeth Monk of Florida; and also, Lukas and Camryn. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
