Phillips (Plains Township, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Thomas J. Phillips; and his brother Tommy Curt Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Janet Phillips (Malenovitch) of Plains; his wife Bonnie A. Moses; his daughter Jenny Phillips (Jennifer Thomas); his siblings, Kevin Phillips, Joseph Phillips (Mary Lou), Dallas, Jeffrey Phillips (Sally Potorski), Darlene Phillips Dietz (David) of Plains and Cindy Niceforo of Plains; and his nieces and nephews, Patience, Ryan, Shauna, Chad, Todd Phillips and Braden Leh. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
