He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Ostrowski; his granddaughters, Nicole Evans (Joseph Kulesza) and Michelle Evans; his great grandchildren, Maddie Evans and Brynlee O'Boyle; and his caregiver Anita Baldoni (Teclo). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
