He was predeceased by: his parents, Silvio Perrella and Adeline Finarelli Perrella; and his siblings, Silvio Parrella (Nick) and Rosemary Arzente (George Arzente). He is survived by: his wife Lucia DeCinti Perrella; his children, Stephen Perrella (Gabrielle), Andrew Perrella (Dana) and Lisa Perrella; and his brother Robert Perrella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
