It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty (Folmsbee) J. Spangenberg of Plains Township, Pennsylvania, born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on October 4, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Folmsbee and Viola E. Folmsbee (Beyea); her husband Rev. Harry A. Spangenberg, Jr.; her grandson Jeffrey Spangenberg; her siblings, Grant, Merlin Folmsbee, Marion L. King and Dorothy Turner; and her siblings-in-law, Linette, Dorothy Folmsbee and Eugene Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Spangenberg (Alice), Dorian Spangenberg (Priti), Brian Spangenberg (Catherine Jefferson Twp) and Paula Spangenberg; her grandchildren, Douglas Spangenberg, Brian, Jr., Tina and Kevin Spangenberg; and her great grandchildren, Haley, Jeffrey, Allyson, Alex, James, Mia and Ava. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
