She is survived by: her husband Patrick J. Lutz; her parents, James MacGlashan and Magdalene MacGlashan (Liebau); her son Ty Lutz of Plainfield Township; her stepson Patrick J. Lutz, Jr. (Amanda) of Perkiomen; her grandchildren, Lyra and Cadence Lutz; and her brother Todd J. MacGlashan (Tara) of Point Pleasant, NJ. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
