He was predeceased by: his daughter Gwendolyn Shober; and his brothers, Lewis and Carl Kessler. He is survived by: his wife Emily Bush Kessler; his children, Rodney Kessler (LuAnn) and Vickey Lipyanic (Michael); his grandchildren, Robert Berhel III, Jeffrey Berhel, Patrick Kessler and Michelle Giorgione; and his great grandchildren, Ciara Berhel, Robert Berhel IV, Olivia Berhel and Emily Berhel.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schmidt Funeral Home - Nazareth (407 E Belvidere St, Nazareth, PA 18064). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Forks Cemetery (4500 Sullivan Trail, Stockertown, PA 18083).
