He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick K. Loomis and Dorothy Loomis (Leu); and his son F. Kimball Loomis, III. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his daughter Bonnie E. Loomis-Koch (Steven) of Nazareth; his siblings, David Loomis and Barbara Zelechoski; and his grandchildren, Dakota, Mason and Kara.
