He is survived by: his parents, Michael D. Modica, Jr. of Plainfield Township and Jennifer Modica (Werbicky); his sister Mia Modica of Pen Argyl; and his grandparents, Michael, Sr., April Modica and Mary Werbicky of Whitehouse, NJ. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
