He was predeceased by: his parents, David L. Harvey and Elsie Harvey (Heller); and his sisters, Janice Sherman and Karen Miller. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his daughter Kristin Harvey Kunsman (Shane); and his grandson Jacob David Kunsman.
He was the treasurer for the Philadelphia Kerry Blue Terrier Club and was actively involved in the rescue and rehoming of numerous Kerries from around the country through the Kerry Blue Terrier Foundation.
