He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony L. Cook and Isabel Rhodes Cook. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Cook; his children, William F. Cook Jr. (Kasey), Lyndsey Washney (Mike), Michael Washney, Debra, Kimberly (Mike) and Nicholas (Heather); and his siblings, Susan, Patricia and Robert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
