She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bright and Nancy Bright (Pugliese); her husband Samuel Giannone; her granddaughter Cheryl McDonnell; her son-in-law John McDonnell (Jack); her siblings, Frances Bannon, Genevieve McHale, Mary Centrella, Nancy Benjunas, Joseph Bright and James Bright; and her siblings-in-law, Josephine Nardone, Catherine Giannone and William Giannone (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Theresa McDonnell, Nancy Ferraro (Charles), Christine Anushko (Walter) and Angelo Giannone; her grandchildren, Karen, Gregg Newman, Jack McDonnell, Kimberly Ferraro, Kristen Ferraro, Keith, Jamie Anushko, Andrea, Nick Rizzo, April and James Sheahan; and her great grandchildren, Tad McDonnell, Matthew Newman, Sophie Anushko, Lucia Rizzo, Francesco Rizzo and Autumn Sheahan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Viola's name to the Hospice of the Sacred Heart Inpatient Unit, 100 William St., Dunmore, PA 18512.
