He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Butchko and Mary Hromisin Butchko. He is survived by: his wife Mary Malinauskas; and his children, Mary Beth (Matthew Grubb) of Kutztown, PA, Susan Butchko-Krisa of Clark Summit, PA, Mark (Julia Butchko) of Indianapolis, IN and Thomas Jr. (Suzanne Butchko).
