She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Saitta and Barber Shop; her husband Paul Smith; and her siblings, Samuel, Anthony, Cataldo Saitta, Mary Forgionne, Carmella Saitta and Sue Palermo.
She is survived by: her uncle Cataldo Alu; her children, Joseph P Smith (Francie) of Amherst, NH and Claire Smith of Palo Alto, CA; her grandsons, Allen P. Smith of Collegeville, PA, Jeremiah A. Smith of Hudson, NH and Patrick A. Smith of Chandler, AZ; her nephews, Guisseppi A. Forgionne of Mechanicsburg, PA and Anthony Palermo of Harvey's Lake, PA; her niece Grace Palermo Hosier of Jenkins Township, PA; her sister-in-law Angelina Saitta of Jenkins Township, PA; and also Joseph Saitta. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
She experienced so many new things during her life, and she survived the Spanish Flu and Covid, which she contracted but quickly recovered!
