Polacheck; her children, Karen (Joseph), Harding, Thomas (Cheryl), West of Wyoming, Joan (Michael) of Hampton, NJ, Stephen (Tracy) and Susan (Mark); her grandchildren, Diane, Joseph, Matthew, Rachel, Jessica, Haley, Alexa, Stephen, Jonathan and Frances; her great grandchildren, Eames and Elijah; her siblings, Stephen and Monica; and her sister-in-law Lorraine of Wilkes-Barre.
