He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Cefalo and Marietta Battista Cefalo; and his brothers, Charles, Angelo, Mario, Sam, Joseph and Anthony Cefalo.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cecconi Cefalo; his children, Marianne Musto (Vincent) and Michael C. Cefalo (Judith); his grandsons, Jason Azarovich (Jennifer), Dallas, Michael A. Cefalo (Jacqueline) and Matthew C. Cefalo (Sarah) of LaVern, CA; and his great grandchildren, Elyiana and Amelia Cefalo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be offered to Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore, PA.
