He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonardo Insalaco and Concetta Scalzo Insalaco; and his siblings-in-law, John Burke and Marlene Insalaco. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Dolores; his wife Lita Pupa Insalaco; his daughters, Deanna Eliashevsky (Alex) of Naples, FL, Maria Insalaco (Joseph Lin) of McLean, VA, Christina Insalaco of San Francisco, CA and Gina Insalaco (Nicholas Vennekotter) of Brooklyn, NY; his grandchildren, Tatiana, Alana, Dominica Barone and Maksym Eliashevsky; his siblings, Michael Insalaco (Dolores), Sandy Insalaco, Vincent Insalaco (Corrine), Carmella Dixon (Leonard), Theresa Burke and Grace Dvornicky (Joseph); and his siblings-in-law, Norbert Katarsky, Harding, Joseph Pupa III (Marla) and Joyce Hoban (Robert). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
