He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Monteforte and Giuseppina Monteforte (Curcio); his siblings, Joseph Monteforte, Richard Monteforte, Fred Monteforte and Julia DiStefano (Monteforte); and his son-in-law Lew Sebia.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Monteforte (Miller); his children, Mary Jo Sebia and Lee Monteforte (Deborah); his grandchildren, Justin Monteforte (Louise), Alexa Sebia Lettiere (Joseph Lettiere), Anthony Sebia (Carolyn Simon), AshLeigh Sebia Diaz Pittsburgh (Adam Diaz), Jaret Monteforte (Lyndsay Krutki) and Virginia; and his great grandchildren, Marcella Monteforte, Matthew Monteforte and Lucciana Lettiere.
