She was predeceased by: her parents, John Polak and Anna Polak (Godek); her husband James of Grico's Restaurant, Exeter.; her daughter Susanna; and her siblings, Mary Arsavage, John Polak, Louise Terescavage, Ann Pericci and Raymond Polak.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Elizabeth Stelevich of Katy, Josette Hochman (Jere), Janet Siegel (Paul), Dallas, Ralph Del Priore (Carla) and Jamie Lucia; her grandchildren, Jennifer Miko (John) and Benjamin Hochman St (Angela); her children, Emily Hochman Chicago (Justin Sommer) and James Adam Del Priore; her great grandchildren, Veronica and Olsen Marceline Hochman; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Ralph Del Priore of New Jersey, Helen Del Priore and Bernadine Polak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
