He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Cunningham and Catherine Herron Cunningham; his brothers, James F. Cunningham and John Cunningham; and his brothers-in-law, Harry Miller and Frank Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Fortuna; and his sisters, Rita Miller and Kathleen Wallace of Austin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
