It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Whispell of Pittston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 25, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Whispell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac "Zeek" Whispell and Cora Webb Whispell; his brother Tommy; and his niece Marjorie Viola Whispell. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Fahey Whispell; his daughters, Vikki McGrade (Edward Jr.), Erika Derhammer (Chad) and Beaumont; his grandchildren, Kaya, Carter, Liam, Raelynn and Jameson; his mother-in-law Emma Fahey; and his aunt Reba Emil. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
