He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Mattie and Anna Fetchko Mattie. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Haas Mattie; his children, Lauren Mattie, Kingston and Nicole Scavone (Ronald); and his sisters, Judy Sleboda (George), Patricia Klosowski (Robert), Cathy Troutman and Christine Reese (Jack). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
