He is survived by: his son Michael I. Kvalkauskas (Tabitha) of Pittston; his grandchildren, Terry J., Jr. of Michael, J. W., John M. and Yasmine Kvalkauskas; his great grandchildren, Tiana, Aven, William and Lucas; and his sister-in-law Linda Baker.
