It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann (Zavada) R Valenti (Pittston, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 16, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zavada and Adelle Zavada of Exeter; her husband Charles Valenti; her son Joseph Anthony; and her sister Bernice Kenderes.
She is survived by: her sisters, Elaine Pavidus (Exeter), Marion Rubino (Joe), Martha Zavada (Exeter) and Adelle Pennartz (Sam); her children, Michael Valenti (Claudia), Carla Buan (Arturo), NJ and Charles Valenti (Marikathryn); and her grandchildren, Emily, Penelope, Lexi, Tori, Chaz, Gio and Kalindi. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests those attending the visitation and funeral mass wear a face mask.
