With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Scott Sr. of Pittston, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 24, 2022 at the age of 59. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Scott and Mary Williams Scott; his brother-in-law Raymond Roxby; and his father-in-law Robert Smyden. He is survived by: his sons, James Scott, Jr. of Pittston and Joshua Scott of Pittston; his grandsons, Connor and Grayson Scott; his siblings, Sharon Roxby of Gouldsboro, David Scott (Eve) of Weatherly, Denise (Alfred Roxby) of Jenkins, Brian Scott of Gouldsboro, Geraldine Kinney of Wilkes-Barre and Ann Marie Reseigh of Dupont; and his former wife Lisa Smyden Scott of Jenkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
